The prayer sought for in the present petition seeking for named advocate to conduct the prosecution, may not be permissible, on the other hand it is always open to the petitioner to seek the permission of the trial Court for assisting the prosecution.

Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranipet, Vellore District, seeking for permission to assist the prosecution in conducting the case in S.C.No.104 of 2014. receipt of such application the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranipet, Vellore shall endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
