J U D G E M E N T This Criminal Appeal has been filed challenging the judgment dated 18.12.2012 passed in C.A.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and restore the judgment dated 28.02.2012 passed in C.C.No.53 of 2010 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
