This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender indulging in rowdy activities, extortion, etc and therefore, a History Sheeted Rowdy Book in H.S.No.973 of 2017 was opened against him and the respondentpolice have visited the petitioner's house only as a routine checkup and that the respondent-police are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be harassed unnecessarily.
