K.Reddypalayam Panchayat Union Primary School to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner from Panchayat Union Primary School, Anaimedu to Panchayat Union Primary School, K.Reddipalayam as Head Master w.e.f. 23.06.2014. For Petitioner :

The petitioner challenges the order dated 22.6.2014 on the file of third respondent, transferring the fifth respondent from Mullupatti Panchayat Union Primary School to K.Reddypalayam Panchayat Union Primary School, primarily on the ground that his candidature was not considered and the order was passed on a holiday.

2. When the Writ was taken up today for consideration, the third respondent, who is present in Court, produced a copy of the order dated 9.3.2015, transferring the petitioner to K.Reddypalayam Panchayat Union Primary School. In view of the subsequent order dated 9.3.2015, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
