Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 10.09.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Sittar Koodam, Num Kulandhaigal Illam, 9/24, Arutpa Nagar, Kallikudi, Madurai District, having account at Canara Bank, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai (A/c.No.974101551807, IFSC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
