Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to provide the complete and full information sought for by the petitioner by virtue of the order passed by the 4th respondent herein in order No.SA11123/A/2021, dated 10.11.2021 within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R
Ms.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3 and Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R4. Both are in possession of full information to enable final disposal of the matter even at this stage. Hence, by consent, final order is passed disposing this Writ Petition even at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner had sought certain information in regard to the loan and subsidy facilities provided by Z573 Semmangudi Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Limited, Sirkali. Since the 2nd respondent had rejected the request of the petitioner, an appeal has been filed before the appellate authority, which also came to be rejected on 18.08.2021. Aggrieved against the same, second appeal has been filed before the State Information Commission, arrayed as R4, which had, vide order dated 10.11.2021 directed R1 to provide the information sought for on or before 20.12.2021.
3. According to the petitioner, there has only been a halfhearted compliance of order dated 10.11.2021 and the entire information sought for has not been supplied till date. Hence, this Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for R1 assures the Court that the order of R4 will be complied with in full and the information sought for by the petitioner will be supplied within a period of six
(6) weeks from today.
5.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
