This criminal original petition has been filed to to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2017 and take cognizance on the same in accordance with law and direct the respondent No.I to give the police protection to Company to carry out the regular activities.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
