ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 30.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 36150 of 2025 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instruction, submitted that this Court while granting bail to

the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.36150 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 imposed certain conditions and in one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has only eighteen days complying with the conditions and thereafter not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.36150 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition. Hence, she prayed to dismiss the petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), and the fact that the petitioner has complied only 18 days, and now the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition, this Court is of the view that the same is not entertainable. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.36150 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 17-02-2026 GBI
