Comp.A.No.59 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 Comp.A.No.59 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned application has been taken out by 'Official Liquidator attached to this Company Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of brevity] with prayers inter alia extend the period for disbursement of dividend by a further period of six months.
2. A 'report of OL dated 23.02.2022' [hereinafter 'said report' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed in support of captioned application.
3. Adverting to said report, Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator who is before this Court on behalf of Official Liquidator submits that the six months period for which the dividend account is open elapsed on 28.02.2022 but a large number of creditors are yet to re-submit Form No.138 and that has necessitated the captioned application with prayer for enlargement of time is his further say.

Comp.A.No.59 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 M.SUNDAR.J., kmi/nsa Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, is convinced that acceding to the prayer would only advance the cause of liquidation and would ennure to the benefit of the creditors qua company which has gone into liquidation in the main Company Petition. Therefore, captioned application is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
