2. We have heard Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 5, 7 to 9 and Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

3. On 04.03.2019, this Court has recorded that the petitioner No.1, who has filed the instant petition, is dead. The Court further directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to ascertain as to whether public interest petition would be pursued further.

4. Today, none appears for the petitioners. As none appears for

the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.6413, 6414 and 6417 of 2019 are closed.
