This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police every day evening at 5.30 p.m., for the period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for another period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.455 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court regularly on all hearing dates without fail.
