ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering except by due process of Law with the possession of the petitioner over the property comprised in S.No.89, situated at Kuppam Village, Arcot Circle, Ranipet District.
2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned Special Government Pleader for respondents that petitioner has been encroaching on subject lands, which are classified as forest land. In any view, he would submit that steps will be taken to evict the petitioner after following due process of law, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
3. Recording the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be 2/4
