ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.317 of 2025, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 2nd respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four (4) months.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondentpolice to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.317 of 2025 within a period of four (4) months from today.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
