ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representations dated 02.05.2022, 10.06.2024, 17.02.2025 and 12.01.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She has filed supporting documents along with her representations, seeking for issuance of patta. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Mr. V. Prashanth Kiran, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.5.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, seeking for issuance of patta in her name, are considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any as well as any other third party whom the first
respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations dated 02.05.2022, 10.06.2024, 17.02.2025 and 12.01.2026.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 02.05.2022, 10.06.2024, 17.02.2025 and 12.01.2026, seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
