This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's written complaint dated 25.02.2016 under Sections 120B, 341, 294(b), 307, 323, 406, 420, 468 and 506(II) IPC and the provisions vitiated in the Exorbitant Interest Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that on the complaint dated 26.08.2015 given by the petitioner as against one Panneer, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.579 of 2015 and closed on 26.02.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. Again, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 25.02.2016 alleging the same offence in which no positive direction can be issued to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, if there is any threat to the petitioner from the said Panneer, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint for criminal intimidation and on such complaint being filed, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law.
