ORDER
The petitioner claims that she is a meritorious student and got selection through counseling for undergoing Physiotherapy Course in PSG College of Physiotherapy, Dharmapuri, and to continue the education, she wanted to apply for education loan to the respondent and accordingly, she approached them on 17.3.2015, seeking loan as per IBA Scheme; but, she has not been favoured with any response and in this regard, she has also submitted a representation on 17.3.2015, and though it was received and acknowledged by the respondent, no action has been taken, and hence, she came forward to file this writ petition.
2.Heard the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.3.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
