ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the petitioner's vacant house site measuring to an extent of 526.20 sq.mts in new T.S.No.4/2B1A1 (Old TS No.4/2B1A) in Muthu Nagar in Block No.1 Ward No.7 of Dharapuram Taluk of Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner's online application dated 07.06.2018 and remainder dated 04.12.2020.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the Joint Director, District Town & Country Planning, Tiruppur, passed an order dated 18.01.2021 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
