Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the vehicle in question has been seized and handed over to the Applicant by the learned Advocate Commissioner. A report of the Advocate Commissioner dated 06.06.2024 has been filed to that effect.

A perusal of the aforesaid report shows that the learned Advocate Commissioner has made sincere efforts in tracing the vehicle.

2.Since the warrant has been executed, this Application stands closed.

Considering the sincere efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing the vehicle,this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as Additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
