) (Through video conferencing) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Manikandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.17607 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, we do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
