ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to release the compensation amount proportionately as agreed between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2025 and 28.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, they have lent money to the respondents 3 and 4 under a registered mortgaged deed in respect of the property, which has now been acquired by SIPCOT. According to the petitioner, they have entered into a compromise with the respondents 3 and 4, under which, the proportionate of the compensation amount payable towards the land acquisition of the property by SIPCOT was Page No.2 of 6
permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner. The petitioner, in terms of the compromise, had given representations dated 25.09.2025 and 28.11.2025 seeking for release of the proportionate compensation amount payable to the petitioner as per the compromise reached between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. However, according to the petitioner, the said representations have not been considered till date. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.R.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 and 4 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 and 4 and any other party, whom the respondents 1 and 2 deem it fit to enquire, and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Page No.3 of 6
Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2025 and 28.11.2025 seeking for release of the compensation amount in their favour as agreed upon under the compromise reached between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 and 4 and any other party, whom they deem fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
