This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.08.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.08.2016 the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.91/2015, before the respondent.

Recording the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
