Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to restore the name of the petitioner in joint patta No.1156 for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this court. 2.According to the petitioner, his name was erroneously and illegally removed in the joint patta No.1156 for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for restoration of his name in patta No.1156. He has filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 11.12.2025 to the respondents.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation seeking for restoration of his name in joint patta No.1156, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by the court. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025 seeking for restoration of his

name in joint patta No.1156 for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
