The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2015 and directing the 2nd respondent to return back the Title Deed of the petitioner in respect of her residential property situated at No.5, School Street, Devadanam Village, Gudimallur Post, Walajha Taluk, Vellore District within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent had already returned the Title Deed to the petitioner, hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the 2nd respondent may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
