O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11511 of 2018 dated 28.04.2008.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent would submit that as per the direction issued by this Court dated 28.04.2018, the representation of the petitioner was considered in accordance with law and the same was rejected on 29.06.2019. A copy of the said order has been produced before this Court for perusal and the same is recorded.

3. Taking note of the above facts, the contempt petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
