2. The petitioner had filed Application No.12 of 2014 before the first respondent praying for framing of a scheme for effective administration of the second respondent Wakf and since it has not been disposed of, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Lakshminaraynan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This court, after considering the limited scope of relief sought for, without going into the merits, directs the first respondent to consider Application No.12 of 2014 submitted by the petitioner, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass order as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the writ petitioner.
