This petition has been filed to receive the following documents as additional evidence in the above CMA and mark as exhibits P.11 and P.12. (i) Passbook issued by the Department of Welfare of the Differently abled fixing permanent disability at 65% as Ex.P.11 and (ii) The Tamilnadu Building Construction Labourers Welfare Board Mason Identity Card as Ex.P.12.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
