This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the judgment dated 30.09.2011 passed in C.A.No.182/2010 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.1, Salem, confirming the judgment dated 30.10.2010 passed in C.C.No.37 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sankari.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the appellant/sole accused died in the year of 2015 and he has also produced the certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned to that effect.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
