This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.479 of 2014 and file charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, and also complete the trial within a stipulated time frame.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent has closed the case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.479 of 2014, as mistake of fact, but the referred charge sheet has not been served to the petitioner and final report also has not been filed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed, with a direction to the respondent to serve the referred charge sheet to the petitioner, and also file final report before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
