O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28442 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018.

2. In regard to the same subject matter, this Court has recently passed a comprehensive direction, directing the Government of Puducherry as well as M/s.Anglo French Textiles to disburse the gratuity amount payable to the workmen concerned before 31.08.2019.

3. In view of the direction passed by this Court on the basis of the undertaking given by the Government of Puducherry, this Court finds that the present contempt petition need not be kept pending and the same is closed.
