Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the house site patta to the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.112/3 and 112/14 at Mannanayakanpatti Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District in pursuant to the recommendation made by the second respondent dated 02/2014, bearing na.ka.3721/2013/Aa1, recommending for issuance of house site patta and be pleased to pass necessary order in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the house site patta to the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.112/3 and 112/4 at Mannanayakanpatti Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District in pursuant to the recommendation made by the second respondent dated 02/2014, bearing na.ka.3721/2013/Aa1, recommending for issuance of house site patta.

2.Ms.A.B.Rechana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 24.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the third respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 24.05.2021.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
