This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence imposed against the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.64/2011 dated 19.03.2012 and later confirmed by the learned I Additional District and Session Judge, in C.A.No.124/2012 dated 14.08.2012 acquit the petitioner.

For Petitioner : Mr. K. Mohanraj - No appearance For Respondent : Notice not served

O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing on 19.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the the matter was directed to be listed on 28.09.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

Even today, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner/accused and hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
