(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that they have no objection in these petitions being allowed.

3. Despite service of notice on the 2nd respondent and his name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
