(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) In the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner in WP.No.19357 of 2014, directions were issued on 22.07.2015 for the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2014, within four weeks from the receipt of the order. appears that the petitioner received no response and sent reminder dated 22.01.2015, but to no avail.

The present petition has once again been filed for the same cause.

2. In our view, strictly speaking , a second petition on this cause is not really maintainable and if there was violation of the direction, the petitioner ought to have taken out appropriate proceedings for the same. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the respondents assures that a decision would be taken on the representation in terms of the order already passed, within a maximum period of one month from today. We make it clear that any violation will be on pain of contempt.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed. No costs.
