When the matter was called on 03.03.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition and has undertaken to file a memo to that effect. However, since the memo has not been filed, I was constrained to list the matter again today under the caption 'for withdrawal' to await the memo.

2. In the light of memo now filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 08.03.2021 praying that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
