Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating tot the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1209/A1/2012 dated 19.04.2012 of the 1st respondent herein in respect of property of an extent of 2.02.5 hectares (ewquivalent to 5 acres) comprised in Survey No.190/3 in Thelur Village, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur District and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to delete the endorsement of such annulment from the Registers and documents in the Office of the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking the relief of quashment of the impugned order dated 19.04.2012 of the 1st respondent and a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to delete the endorsement of such annulment from the Registers and Documents in the office of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the orders passed by the respective authorities, pursuant to the circular No.67/11 dated 03.11.2011 were recalled on 06.04.2018. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists and therefore, no further adjudication is necessary. It is the further submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that if the present impugned order has not been recalled, it will be recalled on the basis of the aforesaid circular No.67/11.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
