Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 3rd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pertain to Cr.No.503 of 2020 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry pertaining to Cr.No.503 of 2020 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is required for an enquiry in the course of investigation in Crime No.503 of 2020, since the petitioner's son is an accused in the said crime number.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C., and call the petitioner for an enquiry.
