By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is a permanent resident of No.33 Pilliaiyar Koil Street, Kavankara, Puzhal, Chennai 600 066 and right in front of his house, some political parties continues to hold public meetings and also erecting flag posts and thereby creating nuisance affecting the studies of the students. The petitioner, in this regard, submitted a detailed representation dated 24.3.2015 and though it was acknowledged by the second respondent no action has been taken on the same and hence, he came forward to file the present writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This court, after considering the limited scope of relief sought for, without going into the merits, directs the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.3.2015, after putting on notice the persons concerned, and pass order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the writ petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. ssk.
