These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 195 and 261 days, respectively, in filing the above appeals.

2. Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that she has no objection condoning the delay.

Despite service of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
