] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1457 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment passed in S.C.No.192 of 2015 dated 02.01.2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
