Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dt 15.6.2015 in PU. R/Estt/R6/012780/2015-8 and the consequent order dt 3.8.2015 in his proceeding in Lr. No. PU./Estt/R6/012780/2015 and quash the same and retained the petitioner herein as Assistant at the Office of the 1st respondent and confer all the benefits which was interrupted on account of transfer order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition is challenging the order of transfer. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
