ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent, dated 28.01.2025, and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The impugned order, dated 28.01.2025 has been passed by the 4th respondent, rejecting the petitioner's request for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition on the ground that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
4. Admittedly, a civil suit was filed by the 5th respondent seeking for cancellation of the petitioner's sale deed for the subject property. The petitioner has contended before this Court that he is the absolute owner of the property and only to circumvent the survey and demarcation of boundaires, the 5th respondent as an after thought, has filed a civil suit seeking for cancellation of the petitioner's sale deed. When a civil suit has been filed seeking for cancellation of petitioner's sale deed, the question of conducting survey and demarcation of boundaries at this stage without seeking permisison of the civil court does not arise.
5. This Court had expressed its preliminary view to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who would now, on instructions, submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to raise all objections in the civil suit Page No.3 of 6
pending between the parties, namely the petitioner and the 5th respondent, which includes the relief of survey and demarcation of boundaries as sought for by the petitioner before the revenue authorties. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle seeking liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil court for the relief as prayed for in this writ petition.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all objections and also to seek all reliefs, which includes the relief as prayed for in this writ petition before the civil court in the suit in O.S.No.200 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet in the manner known to the petitioner under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
