Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to restore the water channel in Survey No.185 to its original position more particularly near Survey No.184 and 186 thereby allowing the flow of water to run its natural course and not to excavate soil from the bund of the channel of patta lands and forming cart track levelling the channel in Survey No.185 of Agaram Chittamur village, Villupuram Taluk and District.
