This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to set aside the dismissal order dated 11.03.2021 passed in the above appeal and restore the same.

2.Heard Mr.S.Suriyaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the second respondent, who expressed no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is accordingly, ordered.
