O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in SR.No.1170/24 in Crl.M.P.No.30869 of 2023 by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that there was some delay in the execution of surety bond and therefore, an application was filed seeking for extension of time and the same was dismissed by the Court below.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted by the Court below is extended for a period of one

(1) week and in the mean time, the petitioner shall proceed further to take steps to get the surety bond executed before the Court below. The petitioner shall also deposit 20% of the compensation amount as directed by the Court below within the extended time.
