ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying to issue direction to the Subordinate Judge Court, Tirupattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.186 of 2020, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed an original suit in O.S.No.186 of 2020 before the Subordinate Judge Court, Tirupattur. The Respondents are Defendants in the said suit. The reliefs sought in O.S.No.186 of 2020 are as follows:

(a) For declaring the Plaintiff's right and title over the suit property; (b) For granting mandatory injunction against 1 to 3 Defendants and thereby, directing them to vacate from the suit property, within the time frame fixed by this Court; and (c) For ordering the cost of the suit.

The said suit is still pending on the file of Subordinate Judge Court, Tirupattur. The Petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 78 years and he is participating in the suit proceedings for the past 5 years, but, till date, there is no progress in the case. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed that appropriate direction may be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit as early as possible.

3. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought by the Petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Subordinate Judge Court, Tirupattur to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.186 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
