This application is filed for an extension of time for executing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond as per the order dated 28.06.2019 in O.P.No.295 of 2018, as extended

by order dated 14.10.2019.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that O.P.No.294 of 2018 was allowed by order dated 28.06.2019, whereby the petitioner was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-. A.No.7737 of 2019 was filed thereafter for extension of time to execute the bond. This application was allowed by order dated 14.10.2019. Thereafter, the draft bond was filed before the Registry but, it could not be executed in time. Therefore, the present application is filed.

5. I considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and examined the affidavit in support of the application.

6. I find that the reasons set out in the said affidavit constitute sufficient cause to grant an extension of time. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the time for execution of the bond in O.P.No.295 of 2018 is extended by a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
