Since the patta has already been issued in favour of third parties for the properties, which are the subject matters of this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, challenging the pattas issued in favour of the third parties in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the court bundle, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. No costs.
