Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and I have perused the materials on record.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant an order of stay.

3. Accordingly, there shall be an order of stay of operation of all further proceedings of the order passed by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur in C.C.No.10 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022, pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.
