ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Writ Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to challenge the Order of Rejection dated 23.04.2018, passed by the Second Respondent in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.4819/2015/F.

2.At this stage, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4819/2015/F, dated 23.04.2018, has passed a Rejection Order, declining to grant the 'Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate' to and in favour of the Petitioner.

3.In view of the aforestated Rejection Order, the present Writ Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the Petitioner to assail the correctness of the Order of Rejection dated 23.04.2018, passed by the Respondent, before the Competent Forum, ofcourse, in accordance with Law and in the manner known to Law, if he so desires/advised.
