(CRIME NO.34/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time by two weeks in Crl.OP.1591/2022 order dated 25.01.2022 to comply with the condition of this Hon'ble Court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1591 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 to furnish sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1591 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 is extended till 16.03.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
